Tower apartments need a service lift and, usually, a permit from building management. Corridor doors are often the rated set. Bedroom doors inside the flat are usually free to change.
How the visit changes with the building
The emirate page says how the visit changes in that place. Name the district on the form so the survey is booked for the right building.
Tower, villa, or coastal door
Villas are carried from the gate. The entrance threshold has to meet porch tile that is usually already down, so the frame is set to that floor, not to a catalogue height.

Coastal doors, on the Palm, Yas, Al Marjan or the Fujairah shore, need hardware that can live with salt. Inland tracks, in Al Ain and the desert-edge communities, need to stay clear of sand.
