Interior, entrance, fire-rated and sliding doors
Interior door installation
Bedroom, bathroom and store doors hung in the existing lining, with the undercut kept where the extract fan needs air.
Entrance door installation
Villa front doors and apartment entrance doors, with the threshold set to the porch or corridor floor.
Fire door installation
Certified doorsets for stairs, plant rooms and rated apartment entrances. The leaf is not planed to suit the tile.
Wooden door installation
Solid and engineered timber leaves. The frame is squared before the leaf is cut to the opening.
UPVC door installation
Apartment and villa UPVC sets, with the frame fixed to the reveal and the drainage left clear.
Sliding door installation
Patio and balcony sliders, including the track, the interlock and the threshold.
Measure, then hang to the scope

Emirate, door type, and a photo of the latch side.

Measure on site
Name the emirate and the door type on the survey form.

Hang the leaf
The frame is corrected first if it is out of plumb.

Check the latch
The door closes on the latch, with the gap even at the head.

Send the emirate, the door type, and a photo of the latch side. Aluminium, security and glass doors, and door repair, sit with the other fittings.
A square frame, then a leaf that latches
Choose the fitting that matches the opening, from an interior leaf to a certified fire doorset or a repair. The emirates are listed on the areas page.
The frame first
An out-of-plumb lining makes a new door bind. The frame is corrected or replaced before the leaf is cut to the wrong size.
The right leaf
A bathroom undercut, a coastal balcony slider and a stair fire door are three different specifications.
